Role Overview

Emdad Solutions is looking for a high-performing Managed Services Sales Account Manager. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge ICT solutions and our most valued clients. This role focuses on driving growth within B2B, Government, and Enterprise sectors by selling comprehensive Managed IT Services and ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Sales Growth: Generate new leads and close deals within the Public Sector and Large Enterprises across the Saudi market.
  • Solution Selling: Successfully pitch and sell Managed IT Services, including:
  • Service Desk & Technical Support.
  • System, Server, and Network Management.
  • Cloud Services & Managed Cybersecurity.
  • Monitoring, Operations, and SLA-based support.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Lead the process from initial engagement and commercial proposals (working with Pre-sales) to contract signing and renewals.
  • Retention & Upselling: Drive contract renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure services align with customer SLAs and expectations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in IT services sales, specifically in Managed Services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Track Record: Deep experience managing Government (Public Sector) and Enterprise accounts in KSA.
  • Skill Set: Strong proficiency in lead generation, customer service, and technical sales influence.
  • Communication: Exceptional bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Nationality: Saudi
  • Familiarity with service delivery models and SLA-based support contracts.
  • Strong understanding of Huawei, Cisco, or Fortinet solution ecosystems.
  • Experience working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to build complex commercial offers.
