Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Application Administrator specializing in Oracle WebLogic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of Oracle WebLogic Server environments (12c), ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our application infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • System Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of Oracle WebLogic Server (12c) application server environments.
  • Infrastructure Architecture: Design and manage the architecture of application server systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Development Support: Work with programming languages and tools, specifically Oracle JDeveloper, and manage Oracle Database integrations.
  • Installation & Configuration: Execute the installation, patching, and configuration of Oracle WebLogic 12c environments.
  • Security & Authentication: Manage integrations with LDAP / Active Directory Authentication and implement Single-Sign On (SSO) Authorization.
  • Application Deployment: Handle full-cycle application deployment, including JAR and EAR files on WebLogic servers and Oracle-based applications.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain continuous communication and coordination with Database Administrators (DBAs), Systems Analysts, and Developers.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Conduct necessary technical studies, troubleshoot complex issues, and prepare comprehensive reports related to service performance.


Technical Skills & Tools

  • Primary Middleware: Oracle WebLogic 12c.
  • Database Tools: Toad for Oracle.
  • Directory Services: LDAP / Active Directory.
  • Deployment: EAR/JAR deployment on WebLogic Server.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle Middleware administration.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle JDeveloper and Oracle Database environments.
  • Experience in authentication protocols (LDAP, SSO).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
